It was 21 years ago when Mia’s cousin handed her the Monash University course handbook and told her to read it front to back until she found something that piqued her interest. As soon as she clapped her eyes on marketing, it was love at first sight, and now two decades on, her love and passion for the industry haven't wavered one iota.
These days she’s driven by helping others learn the tactical skills it takes to create marketing campaigns that cut through the noise.

Mia spent the first decade of her career in brand management roles for global consumer brands Black Swan, Kraft, L'Oreal and BIC France. Upon returning to Australia, Mia worked agency side before launching and running her own marketing agency.
Mia witnessed first-hand that there’s only so far theory and Marketing 101 can take you in the real world - modern marketers require practical, hands-on skills to succeed. So, in 2018, together with Alanah Purtell she co-founded Idiello, making it possible for driven brands and career marketers to master real-world marketing.
